The team is very responsive and helped us very diligently through the entire process. However, in my case a lot of information was not revealed by Ajit on time, and we had to wait for 6 months to get the house. Ajit also did not help getting any repairs that were basic, we had to spend a lot after the purchase to make the house livable. Usually buyers don't have this kind of patience. We felt like we won a long battle before we got our house. I hope this doesn't happen to other buyers.

I had a wonderful experience with the company Manage My Estate and Mr. Sabarish. I engaged them to sell my apartment after one or two unsuccessful attempts to sell it for about six months, more than two years earlier. Sabarish gave me confidence as soon as he saw my flat, but also made me aware of the bare facts related to the area, approach roads, and other possible issues. He found out the real running rates and previous transactions from official records to recommend a basic price.
It took about two weeks to understand more ground realities when he arranged a few visits from probable buyers.
